Sparring Gloves

Sparring gloves are special boxing gloves which include a unique mould and cushioning sections. The padding is somewhat more softened than standard training gloves, making impacts less sharp and ensuring you don’t injure your sparring partner.

Sparring gloves can be found in a variety of sizes and styles including lace up & hook and loop fitting. A pair of 16oz sparring gloves are suitable for males because of the extra padding and defensive capabilities, whereas females commonly use 14oz and juniors use even lighter gloves for sparring.
